Your individual concerns can be addressed by DermaQ's team of expert dermatologists. Our doctors have years of experience treating all types of skin and hair concerns. You can consult them online from home or buy skin & hair products recommended by them for treating your specific concerns.
What is a personalised treatment plan?
With a personalised treatment plan you can get expert dermatological advice that works for your skin or hair. At DermaQ, we treat a wide array of concerns related to skin and hair. So you just need to tell us what what your concerns are and our dermatologists will suggest cosmeceuticals that will work to resolve those issues.
What is an online dermatologist consultation?
If you have specific concerns, severe allergies, or are pregnant, your skin or hair problems can best be addressed by consulting skin doctors. You can consult DermaQ's expert dermatologists face-to-face and from the comfort of you home on video, for treatments that will work for you. All you need to do is choose a time and date that works for you. Our doctors are available for consulting between 9 am and 9 pm, 7 days a week.
How do I choose between a personalised treatment plan and an online consult?
Consult online if you would like to see a doctor face to face or if you are pregnant, or have specific concerns like allergies or eczema. This is because the doctor will need to see you virtually before they can recommend a treatment plan for your skin. For most other skin and hair concerns, you can opt for a personalised treatment plan by selecting your concerns and choosing from the list of recommended products.

All products recommended by DermaQ's dermatologists are primarily cosmeceuticals that are highly effective and proven to treat the respective skin and hair concerns. In fact, all our cosmeceuticals for sale have been carefully curated in lieu of their efficacy in producing desired results.
What are DermaQ products?
DermaQ's range offers unique & premium cosmeceuticals formulated by our expert dermatologists after extensive research. All our products are manufactured in state of the art WHO-GMP certified manufacturing facilities using active ingredients that are pure, safe and highly effective. All DermaQ products are paraben-free, sulphate-free, and cruelty-free.
What if I experience some irritation after using your products?
While all cosmeceuticals are safe, trusted, and FDA-approved, you should stop using the product and get in touch with us on connect@dermaq.in if they cause irritation or allergy on the skin.

What is the cost of shipping?
For all products purchased at DermaQ: Prepaid orders above ₹599 are shipped to you FREE of cost. Orders equal to or below ₹599 have a shipping fees of ₹60 for all parts of India. Please note that additional ₹20 handling fees is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders. For more information, please refer to DermaQ's shipping and refunds policy.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. In case the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at connect@dermaq.in and we'll resolve your issue at the soonest.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our location in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune & Mumbai.
What is the return policy at DermaQ?
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at connect@dermaq.in within 5 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened with all labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging can be returned. You will be charged INR 300 in such case as shipping and handling charges. Please note that you will be required to send us an unboxing video of the products with DermaQ's seal/tape visible for initiating the return.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?
We will refund the amount after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
